Challenge

A large Melbourne university had engaged a software company to roll out a new system across their organisation. The software company’s technical staff were responsible for delivering the training – but in the first session, it became clear they weren’t connecting with the staff. The learning simply wasn’t landing.

Our Solution

Nat was brought in to bridge the gap. She tailored the training to the university’s specific processes and workflows, developed online training modules, ran classroom sessions, and delivered individual sessions where staff needed additional support. She also created practical resources including FAQs to help staff get up to speed – and then handed the whole program over to the internal BAU team to run independently.
