Can you facilitate sessions you haven’t designed?

Yes – and it’s something we do regularly. Stepping into someone else’s content and making it land is a core part of what we offer. We take the time to understand the material and the audience before we walk in.

Do you do online facilitation as well as in-person?

Both. We’re just as comfortable in a Zoom room as we are face-to-face. We adapt our facilitation style to the environment so the energy and engagement stays high regardless of format.

What size groups do you facilitate?

We’ve worked with groups of all sizes – from small intimate sessions through to larger workshops. We’ll let you know if a group size calls for a different approach.

We need someone reliable we can call on when our usual facilitator isn’t available – is that something you offer?

Yes. We work with a number of clients as a trusted back-up facilitator, stepping in when needed with the same care and quality as if it were our own session.
